Product DescriptionPowder Sintered TitaniumOur Powder Sintered Titanium Plate is a high-performance porous material manufactured by cold isostatic pressing and high-temperature vacuum sintering of pure titanium powder. Pore size and distribution can be precisely adjusted by powder size and process parameters.

With a stable shape, high rigidity, and large specific surface area, it is widely used as a porous transport layer (PTL) / diffusion layer for water electrolysis (alkaline and PEM electrolyzers). It ensures uniform gas/liquid distribution, reduces electrical resistance, and provides reliable support for membrane electrodes. It is also ideal for precise liquid filtration in corrosive environments.
